On May 9, the WWII victory day, Nicolas Aznavour, co-founder and president of the Aznavour Foundation, participated in the flower-laying ceremony at the "Mother Armenia" memorial complex, along with the French ambassador to Armenia and other accredited diplomats.
Nicolas attended the ceremony as the chief delegate of "Le Souvenir Français" Association in Armenia. Other members of the association were also present at the event.
The primary mission of "Le Souvenir Français" is to recognize and commemorate all those who sacrificed their lives for the sake of the motherland.
