Assistance to the affected population of Artsakh

In the wake of Azerbaijan’s military aggression that forced the displacement of the Armenians of Artsakh, the Aznavour Foundation embarked on a mission to help the affected population.

After gathering and thorough processing of the data provided by state officials, we established a comprehensive list of beneficiaries, encompassing 800 children aged 0 to 35 months.

With the contribution of volunteer groups, we assembled 800 individual packages containing food items (infant formula, porridges) and hygiene products (diapers). Each package is designed to meet the needs of a child for 5 months.

The product kits were then shipped to 9 designated cities identified as distribution points: Stepanavan, Vanadzor, Nairi, Yerevan, Artashat, Vedi, Ararat, Hrazdan and Charentsavan. Hereinafter, the kits were distributed in the cities and surrounding village communities.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Bullukian Foundation, “Aznavour For Armenia” Association, Veolia Foundation and Order of Saint Lazarus of Jerusalem for their generous contribution to the project; "SPFA" (Solidarité Protestante France-Arménie) for its immense support in distribution, as well as volunteers and other partners who have secured the success of this mission.
